Chinese Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. diced pork or chicken
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. minced onion
1 large can green peas
salt and pepper
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork in oil.
Add onion.
Cook a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, flour and water.
Add salt, pepper and can peas.
Cook until thickened.
