Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. grated American cheese
10 large marshmallows
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add egg and water; mix well.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add crushed pineapple and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Add marshmallows.
Cook until marshmallows are soft and begin to melt.
Pour into bowl, cool, then refrigerate until well chilled.
