Cheese Polenta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine cornmeal and cold water. Add boiling water and cook over high heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is smooth, 25 to 30 minutes.
