Mac'S Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1 tsp. onion salt or 1/8 c. finely diced Vidalia onion
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    3/4 c. Quaker oatmeal
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. onion or tomato soup
Preparation
    Part 1:
    Mix thawed and drained ground beef thoroughly with all Part 1 ingredients, except for 1/4 cup onion or tomato soup. Mixture should be firm enough to shape into loaf by hand (if soggy, add
    more oatmeal).
    Place in a 2 pound capacity loaf pan and pour 1/4 cup soup over loaf.
    Place in oven and slow cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Occasionally baste and marinate in natural juices.
