Spinach Pesto Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, cut in pieces
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 large egg
    2 egg whites
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in processor.
    Pour into a 9-inch oiled spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with crackers or French bread toast.
