Fresh Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fruit (peach, apple, blueberry, any fruit)
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or pan. Cream margarine; add egg, sugar and vanilla and beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients with milk.
    Mix gently to form a smooth batter.
    Spread on fruit.
    Sprinkle with a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until crust is brown.
    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
