Chicken Breasts In Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. half and half
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Brown in margarine in skillet. Arrange in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add onion and garlic to drippings in skillet.
Saute until tender.
Add half and half, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, stirring to deglaze.
Pour over chicken.
Bake, tightly covered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
Serve over rice.
Yield: 8 servings.
