Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix and heat pineapple and jello until jello dissolves.
    Cool slightly.
    Add buttermilk, pecans and Cool Whip.
    Let set 2 hours or overnight.
