Chicken And Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
    chicken parts (thighs or legs)
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except chicken and seasonings.
    Brush chicken with melted butter and seasonings.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cook, uncovered, the last 10 or 15 minutes.
