Chicken Poppy Cosh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chickens, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
olive oil (enough to cover bottom of approximately an 8 qt. pot)
1 onion, chopped
paprika (sprinkle heavy all over chicken)
1 or 2 boxes shell noodles
Preparation

Saute chicken and onion in olive oil.
While sauteing, sprinkle paprika over chicken.
After chicken is lightly cooked, add water to cover chicken.
Add cream of chicken soup by tablespoons into the water (do not stir then).
Cover and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Debone chicken; put meat back in liquid in the pot.
Cook noodles according to the box; drain noodles.
Put some noodles in a bowl; add some meat and juice over noodles.
