Sam'S Pound Cake With Apricot Brandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. apricot brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
    Combine sour cream with flavorings and brandy; add to cake batter and mix well.
    Bake in a large, well-greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Let cool in pan before removing.
