Stuffed Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium zucchini
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 small chopped onion
3 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Wash zucchini, cut off ends, don't pare.
Cook in boiling, salted water 5 minutes.
Halve lengthwise, remove pulp with spoon; combine with bread crumbs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper and eggs.
Fill zucchini shells, dot with butter and sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
