Creamy Basil Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pouch Lipton soup mix (7 vegetable recipe)
    2 c. lite cream or milk
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. fresh or frozen tortellini, cooked a la dente
Preparation
    In skillet, saute garlic in margarine until tender.
    Stir in soup mix (dry) and cream.
    Heat to boiling.
    Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in basil, parsley, cheese and cooked tortellini. Heat through.
