Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground meat (beef or 1/2 beef and 1/2 deer)
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    4 tsp. mustard seed
    5 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    6 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate in a covered bowl.
    Mix once a day for 3 days.
    On the 4th day, mix and form in rolls.
    Place on rack or broiler pan and bake at 175\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Turn once.
