Black Bean Salad With Chili Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn kernels
    1 can black beans, drained
    1/2 red onion, minced
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 yellow pepper, chopped
    cherry tomatoes, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
    fresh cilantro
    sprinkle of cumin
Preparation
    Mix corn, beans, onion and peppers with the Vinaigrette (can be done one day in advance).
    Before serving, add chopped cilantro and decorate with tomatoes.
