Quiche Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced and halved (1/2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. crushed dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tomato, cut in wedges
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Line a pie plate with pastry.
    Do not prick shell.
    Bake shell at 400\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
    In a small skillet, cook pepperoni, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in margarine until tender.
    Stir in herbs.
