Japanese Fruit Cake(1930 Or Older) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 box raisins
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add milk and flour; mix well.
    Add nuts, coconut and raisins; mix well.
    Add spices; mix well.
    Pour into 9-inch cake pans.
    Makes 5 thin layers.
