Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. semi-sweet morsels
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. nuts
    1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt together first three ingredients in separate bowl.
    Mix last three ingredients together.
    Pour chocolate mixture over and mix well.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill 2 hours.
