Low-Fat Apple Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters or substitute
    2 c. mashed, cooked pinto beans
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 c. diced raw apples
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream applesauce.
    Add Egg Beaters and beans.
    Mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add sugar, spices, apples, raisins and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cut into 24 squares.
    Serve with a dab of Cool Whip. Contains 92 calories and .1 gram of fat.
