Cheeseburger Piea Delicious Low-Fat Version Of A Classic Dish. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup tomato sauce
    4 oz. diced onions
    1/2 medium green pepper, diced
    1 pkg. instant beef broth or boullion (about 1/2 cup)
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. cooked ground turkey, drained
    4 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cups of cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add turkey and 3 oz. of cheese. Stir well until cheese melts.
    Put in and 8 X 8 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 F.
    Remove from oven and allow to set before serving.
