Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. red potatoes, peeled and cut up
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. buttermilk or sour cream
Preparation

Grease casserole dish. Add potatoes and onions. Mix together water, oil, salt, sage and pepper. Drizzle over potatoes. Stir together. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 until tender. Mash or beat together with mixer, adding the buttermilk.
