Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 (4 oz.) cans whole chiles
hamburger, browned and drained (optional)
chopped black olives (optional)
Preparation

Beat milk with the eggs and flour until smooth.
Split open chiles; rinse, remove seeds and pat dry with paper towels.
Mix cheeses together and set aside 1/2 cup for top of casserole. Layer chiles, cheese and egg mixture in a deep 1 1/2-quart casserole (layer optional items too if you're using them).
Pour the tomato sauce on top and cover with the cheese you set aside. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
