Ricotta Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. cream cheese

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve with Fruit Salsa.
