Cook-Out Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bacon
3 large potatoes
salt and pepper
1 large onion
1/2 lb. cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Peel and slice potatoes thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Put potatoes on large piece of foil.
Slice onion thin and put on potatoes.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Cut cheese in small cubes and dot over potato mixture.
Dot potatoes with butter.
Wrap tightly in foil and seal edges.
Cover over hot coals for 1 hour. Turn several times during cooking.
