Banana Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Peel pickles and
    slice
    lengthwise.
    Make
    a
    brine of listed ingredients and bring
    to a boil.
    Pour over pickles in cans. Makes 5 quarts.
    Cold pack 10 minutes.
