Grilled Ginger Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, boned
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ginger root, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    cherry tomatoes for garnish
    fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in a shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and chill for 4 hours, turning every hour. Place chicken on rack and grill over hot coals for 5 minutes per side, basting twice with the marinade mixture. Transfer chicken to a warm platter and garnish. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
