Thank You Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. clear jell or Mira Clear
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. lemon juice (more if apples aren't tart)
    1 gal. sliced raw apples
Preparation
    Cook all this together and add to apples.
    Mix.
    Put in jars, not too full and
    seal.
    Let pressure rise to 10 pounds. Turn off burner and let set
    10
    to 15 minutes or cold pack 15 minutes.
