Baked Egg - cooking recipe

aluminum foil
Preparation

Cut foil into 12 x 18-inch pieces.
Double fold foil into 9 x 12-inch pieces.
Place egg in center of foil and twist excess foil, sealing in the egg.
Place in coals.
Turn frequently, about every minute.
Test after 5 minutes.
If it is too soft, reseal and put back on coals for another minute or two.
If egg is too hard, your fire is too hot.
Try again, but cut time down to 3 or 4 minutes.
