Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks, undrained
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 stick butter
    5 tbsp. flour
    1 generous cup grated mild cheddar cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour thoroughly.
    Place pineapple and juice in saucepan, stir in sugar and flour and cook on medium heat until thick, stirring almost constantly.
    Grease and flour 9x9 pan and turn pineapple mixture into pan.
    Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and grated cheese.
    Pour evenly over the pineapple and heat in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
