Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, sliced

Preparation

Mix sugars with cornstarch.
Add juice and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add oleo.
Pour over potatoes in a casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
