Beef Or Venison Jerky(Dehydrator Method) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 Tbsp. canning or kosher salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in glass or ceramic bowl.
    Cut approximately 4 pounds of meat into 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thick strips.
    Place meat into marinade solution.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 hours.
    Remove and follow manufacturer's instructions for dehydration.
