Diabetic Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted chopped prunes
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil prunes and raisins in 1 cup water for 5 minutes.
    Cream rest of ingredients together.
    Add fruit; mix together well. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
