Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots, shredded coarsely (about 4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Bring water, sugar and salt to boil.
    Add raisins and carrots. Cover and cook until tender.
    Stir in butter.
    Makes 4 servings.
