Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. shredded cabbage
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
flour (to thicken)
salt and pepper to taste

Beat together and mold into small patties. Fry until brown on each side.
