Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
-
Mix together first 7 ingredients and put in baking dish.
Make topping of brown sugar, pecans, flour and melted margarine.
Mix together and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
