Egg-In-A-Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice white bread
    1 egg
    margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut hole in center of bread with a glass.
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Lightly brown bread slice on one side, then break egg in center.
    Scramble egg slightly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook until egg is done and bread is brown on both sides.
    Also brown the center piece that was cut out.
    Served with bacon or sausage, this makes a quick, good breakfast.
