Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
    2 tsp. sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and add sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir into mixture.
    Carefully stir in the rest of the blueberries whole.
    Grease muffin pans and top surface of pans. Fill 2/3 full; sprinkle with sugar and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
