Creamy Ham And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne or hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on Medium (50%) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.
    Stir occasionally.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
