White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
6 eggs
1/2 lb. glazed pineapple, chopped
1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
1 c. sugar
1 lb. golden raisins (optional)
1 lb. pecans
1/2 lb. glazed cherries, chopped
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour and fold in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
