Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. diced apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Place cranberries, apples and sugar in a greased casserole. Mix flour, pecans and oatmeal and sprinkle over fruit.
Melt together margarine and orange juice.
Pour over the top of casserole mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown and bubbly.
Very good served with a pork roast.
