Easy Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. instant oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can apple pie filling
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Blend in melted butter.
    Press 2/3 of mixture into a lightly buttered 8-inch square cake pan. Cover with pie filling.
    Sprinkle with remaining mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool.
    Cut into squares; serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
    Makes one 8-inch square.
