Red Pepper And Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 sweet red pepper
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes to taste
    2 stalks broccoli
    1 c. stock (vegetable or chicken)
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Peel and dice onion.
    Saute in olive oil 10 minutes.
    Cut pepper lengthwise; core and seed.
    Cut in half width-wise, then julienne.
    Add to sauteed onion along with garlic and red pepper flakes.
    Continue to saute slowly 10 to 15 minutes, taking care not to burn garlic.
