Jeanne'S Serbian Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 bunches chopped green onions
    1 slice ham
    3 jars artichoke hearts, drained
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1` pkg. fresh mushrooms
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Saute onions with butter.
    Dice ham into cubes and warm slightly.
    Beat eggs; pour in cottage cheese, grated Monterey Jack cheese, onions and seasonings.
    Pour half into pie crust.
    Sprinkle with ham, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
    Pour the remainder of cheese mixture in.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until knife is clean. Let stand at least 5 minutes before cutting.
