Garlic-Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef steaks (such as T-bone, sirloin or club), cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    biscuit mix
    shortening for frying
Preparation
    Put steaks in a large, shallow dish.
    Pour a mixture of sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt and paprika over steaks.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
    Heat shortening in a large, heavy skillet.
    Coat steaks with biscuit mix.
    Brown on both sides in skillet.
    Cook to desired doneness.
