Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and spoon off fat.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles.
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
    Layer 1/2 the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; spread 1/2 cottage cheese filling and 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the meat sauce.
    Repeat layers. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or fix early and refrigerate).
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8 to 12.
