Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cut orange slices into small pieces.
    With hands, mix all ingredients except nuts until well blended.
    Shape into 1 large ball or 2 medium size balls, then roll in nuts to coat outside of cheese ball.
    Chopped pecans or peanuts work well to roll cheese ball.
    May also shape into other shapes and decorate as desired. Chill prior to serving.
