Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. peaches and a little juice, mashed
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 heaping tsp. shortening or oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins (if you want)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan approximately 30 minutes.
    Any kind of fruit is good for this (fruit cocktail, applesauce, etc.).
