Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 large can condensed milk
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 small cake yeast
    10 c. flour (measure before sift)
    1/2 c. milk
    6 egg yolks
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    When cool, add condensed milk, sour cream, regular milk, egg yolks, then crumble in yeast.
    Keep stirring until yeast dissolves.
    Sift flour, salt and sugar and add to liquid mixture and mix well.
    Put in refrigerator overnight or for 2 to 3 hours.
    Divide dough into 8 pieces.
    Roll each piece very thin in confectioners sugar.
    Spread with nut mixture and roll like jelly roll.
    Put three on cookie sheet (greased) and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
