Sausage Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, ground
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasonings
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix well all of the ingredients and place in a loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Pour off any excess fat.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
