Mocha Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts for top
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, stir together cocoa, sugar, brown sugar, coffee and cream.
Cook over medium heat until sugars dissolve. While stirring, heat to boiling and boil 1 minute.
Add butter; beat until blended.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
